Global Missions

The gifts you sent... are a fragrant offering,
an acceptable sacrifice, pleasing to God.
Philippians 4:18-19

Javier and Rosy Nungaray
UIM International

Javier and Rosie are missionaries near Guadalajara, Mexico. As church planters, the Nungarays start home-based Bible studies, which grow in size and eventually become churches. The region is largely Roman Catholic. Like the Nungarays, some have made professions of faith and have left the Roman Catholic church in order to have a true understanding of the Word and fellowship with other believers.

Paul and Danielle Gaynier
Wycliffe Bible Translators

Paul Gaynier left a software programming job in the Research Triangle region to become a full-time missionary. He now assists Wycliffe translators and globally-distributed workers. He provides technical support, including software development and computer support. Thanks to his efforts, the Bible is being translated into the heart language of people who still lack the Word of God in their own language.

Danny and Sarah Hughes
UIM International

Danny and Sarah Hughes minister to the Native American community in New Mexico. Their work is based out of Broken Arrow Bible Ranch, where they share the gospel to hundreds of children through the summer months. When not hosting Bible camps, Danny witnesses to the families in the region, many of whom come from lives shattered by alcoholism, gambling, and hopelessness.
